“Beyond expectation. In the current real estate climate of Toronto with record low inventory levels, buying a home is not easy. City Estates made it easy. They were more than a realtor - they partnered with me in understanding all aspects of my preferences: from lifestyle to aesthetic, to location, to layout, to even interior materials. Of course, we looked at financials (for condo management) and other longevity/investment/living related factors. As a time constrained individual, I have little time to seek out homes on a regular basis.
